This bronze sculpture of a bowing jester is one of many outdoor public art sculptures placed around the city, most in conjunction with the Edmond Visual Arts Commission.
The jester is in a typical costume, bowing forward, with his right leg straight and slightly forward, and his left leg bent directly beneath him. He holds an instrument in his left hand, and his right hand is open and outstretched. The hat folds down on the left side of his face. This is a fun piece and a nice addition to the sculptures along Broadway in downtown Edmond.
