Jazz is a large bronze sculpture of three jazz musicians. The first man is bending over, playing his saxophone. The middle musician is standing tall, leaning slightly backward as he blows the horn held above his head. The third man, on the right, is wearing a bowtie. He is sitting as he plays the drums, and is looking slightly upward. Only the first man wears a hat.
The musicians are placed very close to each other, and the drummer’s legs slightly wrap in front of the middle musician’s feet. The two plaques can be found on the left side of the sculpture. A concrete foundation, about 2 1/2 feet tall, is under the bronze sculpture.
