Cancellation Policy
The MGMoA relies on confirmed attendance to make important arrangements for classes. Payment must be made to secure your place in class. Please notify the museum of any cancelation no fewer than 7 days prior to the first day of the class for a refund of tuition fees (less applicable credit card or processing fees). Refunds cannot be made for cancellations initiated after that deadline, or for “no shows,” for any reason. Class registration may be transferred to another person. Please contact the MGMoA education department to make arrangements.
In the extremely rare event that the MGMoA needs to cancel a class without rescheduling, participants will be contacted immediately and given a full refund of tuition for cancelled classes. The MGMoA will not be held responsible for refunding travel expenses.
