Join us in July for camps at the Victorian Rodkey House in Stephenson Park. The themes change each week. Camp runs from 9 AM to 12 PM Tuesday through Thursday and is designed for ages 6-12.
Session 1: Music in Oklahoma–July 12th through the 14th. Explore the history of music in Oklahoma through a variety of activities inspired by the museum’s current exhibit America’s Musical Ambassadors: Kyle Dillingham and Horseshow Road.
Session 2: 1940s Radio Theater–July 19th through the 21st. Inspired by the museum’s popular 1940s radio productions, this camp will be all about radio theater! Participants will even get to put on their own radio show on the last day of camp.
Session 3: Exploring Edmond–July 26th through 28th. Ever wanted to know how a park or school got its name or the importance of familiar statues around town? Are you curious about a downtown building? Come dive in with us to learn and experience some of Edmond’s story through creating timelines, hands-on activities, music, recreation, and exploring nearby sites.
