Virtual Art Tours with How to Draw Projects
Students participate in a LIVE Virtual Art Tour led by a docent or the Museum’s manager of education along with learning how to draw an object or item correlating to the tours subject: Ancient Egyptian, Roman/Greek, Medieval or Native American. These tours are for pre-K thru 12th grade public and charter schools, homeschool groups and college classes. Free admission passes are provided to students that participate in the virtual tour, so that they may visit the museum on their own time or with family since the gallery spaces are limited to 10 people currently.
Group Virtual Art Tours
Adult groups can take a LIVE virtual art tour of the MGMoA Collection with a docent or the Museum’s manager of education for a small fee of $40. Max: 100 participants. Free admission is provided to attendees of the virtual tour, so that they have the opportunity to see the Museum in-person on their own time.
