All will be merry and bright as Oklahoma City’s favorite holiday production, The Nutcracker, fills the Civic Center in a warm glow this December. Tchaikovsky’s familiar score and Artistic Director Robert Mills’ delightful staging come together as Clara and the Nutcracker Prince journey to adventurous places beyond anyone’s wildest dreams. An Oklahoma City favorite now in its 50th year, this joyous production awaits you and yours this holiday season.

Accessible Parking
Street level accessible parking spaces are available along Couch and Colcord Drives for events at the Civic Center Music Hall. Accessible spaces at the Hudiburg Chevrolet Center are available on a first-come, first-served basis in the three surface level lots surrounding the theatre.
Private Parking
Parking is also available in private pay lots surrounding the Civic Center. Individual parking fees for events can range from $6-$12. The Civic Center does not control pricing for private parking.

Accessibility
Wheelchair ramps and parking are available for ease of access into the Civic Center. They are located on the north and south sides of the main entrance, and located on Couch and Colcord Drives. For added convenience, a power door opener is located on the north end of the main entrance.
Accessible parking at the Hudiburg Chevrolet Center is located in the surface lots at the north and east sides of the building. A power door opener is located at the northern most door of the main entrance.
Seating
Accessible seating is available in all theatres for patrons not able to transfer out of wheelchairs or who have vision or hearing needs. Tickets for accessible seating are available in person or by phone. We recommend you speak directly with a box office representative so we can best facilitate your request. Please let your staff member know if you require special sight-line accommodations or have other needs.
Deaf & Hearing Impaired Services
Interpreted Performances
Signed Performances for the deaf and hearing impaired are available for select events. While not guaranteed, with sufficient notice, a sign language interpreter may be made available at the request of the patron. Please let your box office representative know, at time of purchase, if you will need an interpreter.
Hearing Loop System
Patrons with a hearing aid or cochlear implant are able to use the telecoil in their hearing device to pick up sound from the loop system installed in the Thelma Gaylord Performing Arts Theatre, at the box office and at concession locations. Patrons using hearing devices do not need to check out a neck loop or additional equipment to utilize the loop system. Visit your audiologist to make sure the t-coil is activated in your hearing device.
Assistive Listening Devices
A select number of Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs) are available for loan. The ALDs are available in the Guest Relations office and require a driver’s license for distribution.
