3rd Act Theatre Company presents The Girl With the Green Eyes

In The Girl With the Green Eyes, jealousy creeps into Jinny Austin\’s life following a fairytale wedding as her new husband, Jack, seemingly gets closer to her best friend, Ruth Chester. Unknown to Jinny, a scandal is brewing involving her brother Geoff, the housemaid Maggie, and Jack. Geoff swears Jack to secrecy, and as suspicions of adultery swirl in the young bride’s mind, tensions rise and her marriage is in danger of falling apart. Is Jack really being unfaithful, or is there something else underneath the surface?  Exploring themes of jealousy, trust, and accountability, The Girl with the Green Eyes is a drama like no other, and still highly relevant to the times, even 100 years after it was written.

The Girl With the Green Eyes is the Company’s third Noire production of Season 3: UNKNOWN.

The Opening Night performance on January 27th is “Pay What You Can”; tickets can be purchased online anytime or at the door at 7:30 pm.  Other performances are each Friday and Saturday at 8:00 p.m. and Sundays at 2:30 p.m. from January 27 through February 12, 2023.
